Lisa graduated from Coventry University in 2000 and worked in community hospital older persons day services for organic and functional illness for 9 years.
Lisa worked in Aged care for 12 years, managing a Dementia Unit, implementing a meaningful inclusive activity programme, health and safety chairperson, restraint coordinator and staff training coordinator.
Lisa has a keen interest in Older adult mental health and believes promoting engagement in meaningful activity to enhance wellbeing is key.
Lisa enjoys the outdoors, particularly walking around the beautiful Wellington coastline.
