Helen graduated from Auckland University of Technology in 2002 and then completed a Post-Graduate Diploma in Child Health in 2015. She has over 20 years of OT practice working across multiple industries including Education, Health, NGO, and the private sector both in Aotearoa and overseas.
Helen also has had a wide range of experience supporting adults returning to home and work, support in the community post hospital admission and falls intervention. For the last 15 years has worked in Paediatric practice for Child Development Services and Education undertaking assessment and implementing client focussed, customised intervention.
She has a keen interest in sensory informed and holistic practice, and believes in focussing on the individual to support the things that they need or wish to do in their everyday lives to empower, heal and thrive.
