Arantzasu, or Ari, as most people know her, graduated in 2013 from Universidad Andres Bello (Santiago, Chile). She has a Diploma in Orthopaedic Manual Therapy from the same entity and has been a certified Pilates instructor since 2015. Arantzasu is also a credentialed pelvic health physiotherapist, with particular interest in women’s pelvic health.

Before coming to New Zealand in 2018, she worked in a big sports clinic in Chile, combining both physiotherapy and Pilates into her practice. In New Zealand she has had the opportunity to work as a Pilates instructor and as a Physiotherapist in private practice.

Ari is a passionate learner, always undertaking both face-to-face and online courses, completing over 100 hours of professional development in pelvic health only, as other hours have been used towards musculoskeletal rehabilitation, including some in dry needling and the Mulligan Method.

Arantzasu enjoys yoga and Pilates but has a particular love and hate relationship with golf, an activity that she shares with her future husband.

Ari enjoys hands-on work but believes strongly in the importance of movement and body/mind connection, one of the reasons why she loves Pilates and yoga. She is a very committed and empathetic professional, always with a big smile (even under her facemask), who will listen to your needs and make sure you return to your usual activities.

Arantzasu speaks both Spanish and English.
