Welcome to the Yoga Alphabet Challenge! Brought to you by our physiotherapist and yoga teacher: Bridget Watson. Learn a yoga sequence over 26 days. Everyday, Monday to Friday, Bridget will be presenting a new pose guiding you through the alphabet. *Disclaimer below These yoga poses are general exercises given under instruction by a yoga teacher who is also a physiotherapist. However, as there is no individual assessment undertaken we cannot be held responsible or liable for any pain, discomfort, or injury you may sustain when completing these general exercises. This will not affect your usual rights under ACC however. Some yoga poses may be contraindicated depending on your past medical history or past injuries. For instance if you have high blood pressure, or hip and knee joint replacements. We suggest that if you have any concerns or questions, experience dizziness, pain or discomfort, or sustain an injury, whilst partaking in these, that you discontinue the exercise and get in touch with our administration team to organise a Telehealth appointment with one of our physiotherapists for more specific advice.
