We have flexible opportunities for physiotherapists with an interest in either MSK, Voc rehab, or a mixed role. The dynamic team at Five Rivers will include GPs, visiting specialists, on-site radiology and pharmacy as well as incredible gym space. The beautiful new building is will provide a much needed facility for the South Wairarapa community. KAPITI/HUTT VALLEY PHYSIOTHERAPISTS - OLDER ADULT AND/OR COMMUNITY NEURO POSITIONS 12+ HOURS PER WEEK FLEXIBLE DAYS, GREAT CONDITIONS AND EQUITY/ OWNERSHIP OPPORTUNITY

Part time or full time options available. We have positions based in Kāpiti or Hutt Valley in our Older Adult Team with Community or ACC Contracts work. Comprehensive induction and training support is included. The role will have a block of hours per week on site at Aged Residential Care Facilities, and can be complemented with ACC contract work or Community Neuro rehabilitation depending on your areas of interest and the number of hours you wish to work.

The roles are supported by a team manager and experienced colleagues. We are continuing to develop our best practice model and work with facilities to create interesting and challenging physiotherapy roles.

Hourly rate $40 -$60 per hour for ARC work and higher for community neuro rehab. 

Willis Street Physiotherapy provides Community Older Adult physiotherapy based in the Wellington region and Nelson. We have a team of 10 physiotherapists and a Physiotherapy Manager, working across 13 ARC sites, supporting the delivery of services aimed at improving the quality of life of Older Adults.

OCCUPATIONAL THERAPISTS WELLINGTON AND WAIRARAPA

An exciting opportunity exists to join the team at Willis Street Physiotherapy and Physio Spot as part of our multidisciplinary rehabilitation team. We are keen to enhance our multidisciplinary team in the Wellington region and South Wairarapa.
We are looking for a dynamic, team player to work alongside our physiotherapists and contract partners.

About You:

We are looking for an experienced OT (5 years + experience preferred) ideally with a background in delivering ACC contracts. You must be highly organised and have excellent time management with a passion for supporting clients to achieve their goals.

Applicants for this position should have NZ residency or a valid NZ work permit and a current New Zealand Annual Practicing Certificate (or in the process of obtaining one).

A background in any of the following would be an advantage:
● Concussion
● Traumatic Brain Injury
● Serious Injury
● Wheelchair and Seating assessments
● Paediatrics
● Vocational Rehabilitation
● Dementia Care

Willis Street Physiotherapy delivers musculoskeletal services from several clinic sites across the region including our main campus at Willis Street central Wellington and our new flagship Physio Spot site at Five Rivers in Greytown. Wellington Sports Med is our multidisciplinary clinic at the beautiful ASB Sports Centre in Kilbirnie. The team delivers a range of integrated services including concussion management. The team consists of Physiotherapists, Massage Therapists, Surgeons and Podiatrists; and is co-located with HPSNZ.

PHYSIOTHERAPIST/OCCUPATIONAL THERAPIST - ACC CONTRACTS COMMUNITY POSITION (WELLINGTON / SOUTH WAIRARAPA)

We have a full time (30 + hours per week) position available for a Physiotherapist or Occupational Therapist to join our ACC contracts team.

Willis Street Physiotherapy holds contracts with various ACC partners, delivering services such as Vocational Rehabilitation, Pain Management, Concussion and Training for Independence across the Wellington and South Wairarapa region, including end to end care. 

The ideal candidate will have experience working in the community setting, have 2+ years physiotherapy / OT experience and be familiar with the ACC contracts above. Full training and support is offered and you have the support of several experienced clinicians working across all contracts. 

The hours are flexible and you plan your diary to suit your needs. Notes and communications are electronic and can be completed on your home computer so working from home part of the time is an option. 

We have access to multiple clinic sites across Wellington and the Wairarapa making meetings and delivering rehab that little bit easier. 

Access to a car is essential as traveling to clients and their worksite is part of this service.
